Mog or Die is a Roblox simulation experience built around the viral looksmaxxing trend. You arrive as a tiny SUB5 with four visible look stats — Height, Face, Frame and Bodyfat — and scour the world for pickups that reshape your avatar's presence. Milk lengthens you, Hammers sharpen the Face score, Picture Frames bulk the Frame, and Water burns off Bodyfat.
MOG Battles
Challenge NPCs and players in Top-Trumps style showdowns. Win to choose the loser's fate — SPARE keeps their run, MOG erases it for a bigger payout.

How do I redeem Mog or Die codes?+
Open the codes menu from the in-game hub (the # icon), type or paste the code exactly as shown, and confirm. Codes are case-sensitive — tyfor300likes is not the same as TYFOR300LIKES — and they expire after updates, so redeem new codes within a few days of a drop.
Which stat should I pump first?+
Height is the fastest early stat because Milk spawns are everywhere and it beats most NPCs on its own, so most beginners start there. Face is the most contested stat in MOG Battles and Frame helps you tank comparisons, while Bodyfat should stay low or opponents will out-lean you. A balanced MOGGER usually beats a one-stat nobody.
What is the difference between SPARE and MOG?+
When you win a MOG Battle you choose the loser's fate. SPARE leaves their run intact and pays a smaller reward, which builds goodwill and avoids revenge bounties. MOG deletes all of their progress and pays out much more MogPoints, but it puts a target on your back — other players can and will hunt you for bounty MogPoints.
How do ability rolls and Lucky Spins work?+
You spend MogPoints at the Mog Upgrader to roll a random ability from the pool. Lucky Spins from codes and rewards are free rolls with the same odds. Passives are usually better long-term value than actives, and S-tier rolls define endgame builds — but filler C-tier rolls are worth re-rolling once you reach the mid-game.
How do Genetics affect a run?+
Each new run rolls a unique Genetic spread that shapes your starting build and can multiply progress in Risk Zones or world events. Good Genetics can give you a stronger first hour, while bad ones make early farming slower. Spending MogPoints or Lucky Spins on a reroll is worth it when your roll fights your chosen stat route.

The MOG KING is the strongest player on a server, decided by consistent MOG Battle wins on top of well-built stats. Farm a balanced Height/Face/Frame build, keep Bodyfat low, roll strong passives, chain wins against players in your bracket and bank the MogPoints — and most importantly, survive the bounty heat that every king attracts.
